Title: Weight Lifting for Incoming Freshmen
Parents & Players,
Reminder….we start our introduction to weight lifting program for incoming freshmen this week. Lifting will take place every Tuesday and Thursday through February from 6:15 to 7:15pm. Our weight room is easily accessed from the back of the high school (door closest to the Stadium Field). Once in the school you will find the weight room located up the hall on the right. Please arrive five minutes early so you have an opportunity to warm up before you start lifting. Incoming freshmen will join varsity players on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting March 5th. If the school is closed on a lifting night the weight room will be closed.
We have found our lifting program has been key to helping our athletes perform at their highest level. The types of lifts we teach will also help you for any other sports you may wish to play in high school. I look forward to meeting you next week.
